Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors and manage short-term schedules.
• Enforce jobsite safety requirements and lead regular safety meetings.
• Monitor work and ensure compliance with plans and specs.
• Communicate with Project Management, inspectors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to keep the project on track.
