Qualifications

• 0-3 years’ experience with a general contracting company.
• Ability to develop, implement, and comprehend RFIs and potential change orders.
• Experience in Davis Bacon-Prevailing wage or Union required projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site construction activities to ensure project success.
• Communicate and coordinate with project team to maintain budget and safety.
• Document project changes and maintain logs.
