Job summary

D'ville Construction, Inc. in the North Bay area is seeking a seasoned on-site Superintendent to oversee daily field operations for ground-up commercial projects across Napa and nearby towns.

You will coordinate subcontractors, maintain project schedules, enforce safety and quality standards, and travel weekly to active sites with occasional trainings at Nevada City or Los Gatos offices. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of on-site leadership in commercial construction, experience with scheduling,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ground-up commercial construction.
• Experience with Autodesk / ACC / Build is preferred.
• Background in tenant improvements (TI) work.
• OSHPD or healthcare construction experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily field operations for ground-up commercial projects.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
• Track progress against schedules and update the 3-week rolling schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics.
• Oversee quality control and maintain accurate site documentation.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve field issues to maintain project momentum.

Location: North Bay Area (Napa, St. Helena, Petaluma) Travel Required

About the Role

This field - based role oversees daily operations for commercial construction projects throughout the North Bay region. The Superintendent serves as the primary on - site representative, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. The position requires weekly travel to active job sites, with occasional visits to the Nevada City or Los Gatos offices for training or project coordination.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually
