Job summary

Tindall Corporation is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to support the Austin, TX region. You will direct subcontractors and crews to safely complete projects on time and within budget, while coordinating erection plans and resources.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in precast or concrete, and 3–5+ years of supervisory experience, with OSHA 10/30 and PCI Field Auditor credentials. Travel to job sites is required.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications and PCI Field Auditor credentials.
• College degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of prior or related precast or concrete industry experience.
• 3–5+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs subcontractors and employees to complete projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Develops manufacturing operations plans including labor hours, cycle, production costs, and delivery dates.
• Establishes production and quality standards, develops budget and cost controls, and collects data on products ordered.
• Guides erection process plans, personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, and equipment needs.
• Coordinates erection and field service activities with other functions to optimize production and resources.
• Reviews production and operating reports and directs resolution of operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems.
• Performs administrative activities for field operations, including compiling and storing production data.
• Plans for and schedules subcontractors; contributes to R&D of new products.
• Trains staff on safety, quality policies, and customer requirements.
