Summary:
The Field Superintendent is responsible for leading field operations, fostering client relationships, and ensuring high-quality project execution in alignment with APS's standards and core values. This role requires a proactive leader who can train and mentor team members, coordinate resources efficiently, and maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
You will conduct site visits to assess new projects, identify requirements, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned. You will oversee crew scheduling, monitor production, and take corrective action when necessary to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
