Job summary

Insight Global is seeking Field Superintendents to join a Boise project building a large semiconductor fabrication plant. You will supervise an area of the project, work with project engineers, field crews, and subcontractors to meet milestones and execute plans.

Ideal candidates have OSHA 30, 5+ years in field supervision on hi-tech heavy MEP systems, and experience with clean rooms. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership and proactive coordination to keep the schedule tight and on budget.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required.
• 5+ years of field project experience on heavy industrial or hi-tech facilities.
• Experience with hi-tech heavy MEP systems.
• Clean room experience a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Area Supervisors on work sequence, execution, and manpower.
• Align subcontractors with the project schedule and scope.
• Lead field management of subcontractors, scope, and inclusions/exclusions.
• Attend subcontractor meetings with the CM as necessary.
• Lead schedule development, sequencing, and tracking with weekly updates.
• Own work and be accountable for completion.

Job description

We are looking for Field Superintendents to join our project in Boise ID building a large semiconductor fabrication plant with extended onsite buildings to support the work. As a CSA Superintendent you will be responsible of an area or scope of the project and work with your project engineers, field work and sub contractors to meet milestones, schedule and execution of the project. Your responsibilities will include structural building, steel, and concreate. In order to be successful in this role we are looking for individuals with OSHA 30, 5+ yrs of experience and have experience in Hi-Tech heavy MEP Systems commercially. The ideal candidate should come from a career in potentially smaller projects where they were asking to be more involved and not delegate work off. Clean room experience is a major plus.

• Communication & Coordination w/ Area Sups (Work Sequence, Execution, Manpower)
• Subcontractor alignment & execution in the Field (know the schedule, work sequence and complete the work)
• Sub Field Management (subcontracts, scope, execution, inclusions/exclusions, sub-tiers)
• Attend subcontractor meetings w/ CM as necessary
• Lead & Manage schedule development, sequencing & Tracking, predecessors/successors, weekly updates
• Attend work group meetings w/ CM's as necessary
• Review constraint log and support resolution execution
• Schedule Development & Tracking
• Own work, be accountable for your work and complete your work.
