Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, seeks an on-site welder to support erection activities across the Southeast. You will perform SMAW welding on panels, beams, and foundations, in heights and at job sites, following safety and quality rules.

Requirements include HS diploma or GED, AWS SMAW-3F/4F certs, and a valid driver’s license. Prior erection-site welding experience is preferred; benefits and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; welding training preferred.
• Certified AWS SMAW-3F and SMAW-4F; valid driver’s license.
• Experience with erection-site welding and strict safety/quality rules.

Responsibilities

• Weld connection plates on panels, beams, columns, and double tees on-site.
• Climb ladders with welding leads to weld joints at height.
• Drill holes for red head bolts, secure foundation, and weld angles to panels.
• Assist erection crew with grouting and positioning of members as needed.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on the job site.
