Tindall Corporation is a leading precast concrete manufacturer with multiple southeastern U.S. locations. This role involves performing all welding duties on erection sites, adhering to safety and quality standards, and supporting the erection crew with various duties.

Applicants should hold AWS SMAW-3F and SMAW-4F certifications and a High School Diploma or GED. A valid driver's license is required, with opportunities to contribute to high-quality precast concrete projects while working at

Qualifications

• AWS SMAW-3F and SMAW-4F certifications required.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent as minimum education.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety and Quality rules to maintain a safe site and product quality.
• Clean connection plates with chipping hammer and wire brush.
• Move ladder to locations for welding.
• Climb ladders with welding leads to connect panels with welds.
• Drill holes for red head bolts, install bolts and weld angles to foundation/panels.
• Tighten joints with hand wrench to improve weld connections.
• Weld haunch and base plates on site when needed.
• Weld connection plates on panels, beams, columns, and double tees as required.
• Assist erection crew with duties like grouting and positioning members.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor.
