Opportunity Overview

The Field Strategist supports Account Executives in a defined sales territory, developing account roadmaps, deal strategies, and evangelizing RELEX’s product offerings to prospective retail and manufacturing clients. Responsibilities include needs analysis, business case development, RFx responses, and delivering presentations at various organizational levels, including C-suite.

This role requires extensive industry knowledge, translating client needs into value propositions, and collaborating with various internal teams. It is a fully remote position supporting the West Region of North America, with up to 50% travel, ideally based near a major airport in the specified time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in Proof of Concept activities such as live pilots, digital twin analysis, data demos, and strategic value assessments.
• Utilize and develop sales materials tailored to client interactions.
• Present to all organizational levels, supporting initial qualification, needs analysis, and ROI presentations.
• Assist in reference management and internal collaboration with professional services, product strategy, and analytics teams.

Required Skills and Experience
