The incumbent will use ArcGIS Survey123/Collector and Cartegraph, manage violations, and respond to citizen inquiries. A valid driver's license and 3 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of environmental inspection or related regulatory compliance experience.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections and enforcement of County inspections for BMPs and related programs.
• Read and review stream, wetland, and BMP restoration plans.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and site documentation.
• Use ArcGIS-based field tools and Cartegraph for data collection and reporting.
• Issue violation notices and respond to environmental inquiries within DEE jurisdiction.
