Job summary

The Hillman Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Store Sales Representative to provide on-site merchandising and customer support across multiple stores. The position is an hourly role (~40 hours/week) with pay based on experience, typically $18–$19 per hour.

A car allowance and corporate gas card are provided. Responsibilities include merchandising to plan‑o‑grams, traveling between stores to resolve issues, maintaining displays, processing orders, and supporting store surveys.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college courses preferred.
• Two years field service or merchandising experience preferred in large-scale retail.
• Able to read and execute store plan-o-grams efficiently using Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations and occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising and customer support at customer locations.
• Travels to and among store locations per service schedule to resolve issues.
• Maintains store displays per plan-o-gram, assesses inventory, places orders, and repairs displays.
