Job summary

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers in staying current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
• Transport items up to 35 pounds and travel between locations using own vehicle (mileage reimbursement).
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping and maintaining exterior grounds.
