Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work independently across multiple locations, combining interior and outdoor responsibilities to meet customer needs. The role involves assessing storage requirements and recommending packing supplies, conducting daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent, and handling cash deposits.

Additionally, you will monitor payments, issue reminders, and, when needed, conduct collection calls.

Formación

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments.
• Ability to upsell and suggest related products.
• Strong communication with customers and teammates.

Responsabilidades

• Work independently at multiple locations, blending indoor and outdoor tasks.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure availability and ready-to-rent units.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
