Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers who work independently at multiple locations, assessing customer storage needs and suggesting products such as packing supplies. You will perform daily inspections to ensure inventory is ready to rent and handle cash, deposits, and payment reminders as part of routine operations.

The role requires valid driver's license and use of your own vehicle for travel between locations, with mileage reimbursement available.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business.
• We help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
• Ability to transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
