Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who will work across multiple locations, combining customer service with sales to meet storage needs. You will assess customer requirements, upsell packing and moving supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure units are ready for rent.

The role requires light outdoor work, cash handling, and occasional travel between sites. A driver’s license and use of your own vehicle may be required for site visits.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented sales experience preferred.
• Ability to assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Experience handling cash and processing bank deposits is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits.
• Help customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
