Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work independently at multiple locations in Colorado. You will assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies, while ensuring spaces are ready to rent through regular inspections.

Daily tasks include auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and helping customers stay current on payments with friendly reminders. A valid driver's license and your own vehicle are required to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or service-based companies.
• Ability to transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside.
• We assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business.
• We help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
