Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a dependable Property Manager to operate across multiple locations in Colorado. You will assess customer storage needs, propose packing supplies, and conduct daily inspections to keep spaces ready for rent.

Responsibilities include cash handling, auditing drawers, deposits, and keeping customers current with payments. You will travel between sites using your own vehicle; mileage reimbursement is provided.

• Ability to assess customer needs and suggest solutions.
• Able to perform day-to-day cash handling and deposits.

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily tasks.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
