Job summary

You’ll install, maintain, and repair sterilization and washing equipment from major manufacturers, travel up to 60–90% of the time, and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure safe, reliable operation. A high school diploma and technical training are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical training in mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems preferred.
• 1–3 years of field service or technical maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in repair and maintenance of Getinge (CASTLE) and/or Steris (AMSCO) equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, modify, and refurbish sterilization and washing equipment and components.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment from multiple manufacturers.
• Service autoclaves, washers, and related devices.
• Maintain service documentation, reports, and inventory records.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and proactive issue resolution.
