Trillium Staffing is seeking a field-based Sterilizer Repair Technician in the Davenport, IA area to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair autoclaves, sterilizers, washers, surgical tables, and blanket warmers in hospitals and labs. You will diagnose electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and steam systems, keep accurate service reports within 24 hours, and travel to regional sites up to a 3-hour radius.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• 13+ years of direct field service or mechanical/electrical/steam equipment maintenance experience.
• Travel up to 609% to regional customer sites; valid drivers license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation on sterilization and washing equipment across major brands.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and steam system issues.
• Maintain accurate field reports, parts inventory, and work logs within 24 hours of service.
• Manage service schedules, maintain customer relationships, and deliver clear on-site communication and training.
• Adhere to all safety protocols in clinical environments.
