Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing, repairing, installing, and maintaining HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Ability to follow specific directions and stay within standards.
• Pre-employment skill-based exam results show proficiency in relevant trades.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper equipment storage when required.
• Interpret and refine drawings; correct errors.
• Ensure code compliance with city and trade codes.
• Verify equipment installation is plumb, level and aligned.
• Conduct functional checks against specifications.
• Integrate control systems with equipment interfaces.
• Maintain detailed status reports of completed work.
• Document and follow up on any deficiencies.
• Submit startup forms and documentation to project manager.
