Job summary

Hoffman Hydronics in Suwanee, GA is seeking a skilled Start-up & Pump Build Technician to perform factory-authorized startup, commissioning, warranty service, troubleshooting, and field-service work on commercial hydronic equipment. The role includes in-house pump build duties one to two days per week, travel to customer sites, and training of owner-operators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; technical/vocational HVAC training is preferred.
• Experience with commercial hydronic systems and HVAC field-service is highly desired.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and OEM manuals to troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup, commissioning, warranty service, troubleshooting, and field service for hydronic equipment.
• Support Suwanee pump shop one to two days per week with pump build and repair work.
• Provide owner-operator training and coordinate with customers and teams to ensure safe operation.
