Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Spotter duties: Guide heavy equipment and ensure clear contact with operators.
• Site preparation & maintenance: Clear debris, prepare trenches and barricades, keep site hazard-free.
• Trenching & excavation: Manual digging with hand tools and trenching equipment, maintain safety around machinery.
• Utility installation & repair: Assist in laying, aligning and connecting pipes; support damage repairs.
• Material & equipment handling: Load/unload, transport tools and materials; store properly.
• Safety & compliance: Follow PPE requirements and report hazards to supervisors.
