Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in conveyor belt splicing or vulcanizing.
• Strong knowledge of conveyor systems, belt tracking, and material handling equipment.
• Experience in field service, maintenance, or industrial repair work.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform vulcanized and mechanical belt splicing in field environments.
• Set up and operate vulcanizing presses, splicing tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Prepare belts using finger, step, and lap splicing for various widths.
• Execute belt installation, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete job docs (time sheets, service reports, expenses).
• Provide on-site technical support and professional customer service.
