As a Field Specialist II, you will be responsible for executing field operations, supporting customer requirements, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to maintain operational excellence and uphold safety and quality standards.

As a Field Specialist II, you will apply your technical knowledge and operational experience to perform field activities, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement. You will play a key role in delivering reliable service outcomes while maintaining a strong customer focus.

As a Field Specialist II - ALS, you will be responsible for:

• Executing field operations in line with company procedures and safety standards

Work in a Way That Works for You

This role may require flexibility to work in varying field locations and adapt to operational and customer requirements.

Work Schedule

Monday-Sunday field-based rotational schedule of either 3 weeks on / 2 weeks off or full-time 12 days on / 2 days off, with both schedules providing 24/7 support
