Job summary

Kwfc Radio Station is seeking a Field Representative to manage sponsorships, update sponsor records, and coordinate communications between sponsors and children in the field. The role involves processing sponsorships, reassignments, and status updates from sponsors and field offices.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma, basic PC skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities to handle sponsor inquiries and correspondence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum one year administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Field Representative for assigned countries.
• Process new child sponsorships and follow up with sponsors.
• Update Name and Address with sponsor address changes.
• Process withdrawals and graduations from program and reassignments.
• Forward correspondence between child and sponsor.
• Respond to sponsor requests for correspondence or photos and status questions.

Job description

Responsibilities

Serve as the Field Representative for countries assigned by Office Manager.
Process new child sponsorships and follow-up with sponsors, working with promoters and field offices.
Update "Name and Address" with address changes received from sponsors.
Process sponsored children withdrawals and graduations from program and reassignments.
Forward correspondence from child-to-sponsor (in the United States) or sponsor-to-child (on the field).
Respond to sponsor's requests for correspondence and or photo of their child as well as questions about status of their account.
