Job summary

Lallemand Plant Care seeks a Field Solutions Specialist for the Pacific Northwest. Based in the region, you will serve as a technical ambassador, delivering expert support, training, and strategic trial execution for growers, distributors, and sales teams across North America.

You will design and coordinate applied trials, prepare technical documents, and collaborate with product managers to adapt and launch products, while traveling up to 75% of the year to support programs and customer

Qualifications

MSc. in a related field required.
Minimum 5 years in a technical support, extension, or IPM role.
Experience designing and managing applied research trials.
Direct experience with customers and stakeholders.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Ability to develop protocols and edit technical reports.

Responsibilities

Provide online and in-person technical support for growers and distribution partners.
Provide expert-level application and trial advice.
Design, coordinate, analyze and interpret structured trials for regulatory, marketing, and growers.
Define trial priorities with product managers.
Develop technical documents to support customers with marketing and sales.
Provide technical review and editing support for marketing collateral.
Adapt product-use recommendations with new information.
Offer recommendations for compatibility testing and trial support budgets.
Develop professional networks with key influencers.
