Job summary

ViewSonic Corp. seeks a Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical resource for the Northeast United States, supporting dvLED and ProAV projects from discovery through installation and post-sale support.

The role is hands-on and requires on-site installation work, plus pre-sales and training responsibilities. Travel up to 75% is expected, with opportunities to grow in a global visual-technology leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of AV systems including dvLED, projectors, video conferencing, and digital signage.
• Hands-on LED cabinet installation, alignment and calibration.
• Reading and interpreting architectural/electrical/structural drawings.
• Proficient networking, wireless, and computer systems knowledge.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75% domestically.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Northeast metro area.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and channel teams during pre-sales to design dvLED and ProAV solutions.
• Conduct on-site technical discovery and site surveys.
• Perform hands-on installation and commissioning of dvLED systems.
• Serve as technical escalation point during and after installation.
• Deliver product demonstrations and proofs of concept for customers and partners.
• Build relationships with integrators, consultants, and end customers in the Northeast.
• Provide technical training and enablement to channel partners and internal teams.
• Document site conditions and commissioning results per company standards.
