Job summary

KLX Energy Services LLC is seeking a Snubbing Supervisor for the La Salle, CO location. The role oversees the snubbing service line at the well site, managing complex and high-profile jobs with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will direct operators, run pre/post job inspections, and coordinate equipment setup and teardown while mentoring the team. A CDL and strong field operations background are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent.
• 2-3 years related experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License, Class A CDL preferred, with hazardous material endorsement.
• Must read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operatives of Snubbing units and related equipment without supervision.
• Directs pre-job and post-job inspections and testing of snubbing units.
• Coordinate the activities during rig up and down of service line equipment and prepare equipment for installation and running of a job.
• Mentor snubbing operators and assistants on the job.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
