Job summary

KLX Energy Services is seeking a Snubbing Operator for our Odessa, TX location. You will be responsible for safe execution of operations, rigging up equipment, and supporting field crews while maintaining records and reports.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of related experience, a valid CDL, and experience with heavy equipment. This on-site role offers competitive pay and opportunities to advance in oilfield operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two to four years of related experience in field operations.
• Preference for candidates with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Crane, forklift operation and safety certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Safely execute operations at service location with supervision.
• Rig up truck and crane as applicable and assist with all shop and field operations.
• Operate and maintain assigned equipment and keep logs and paperwork up to date.
• Monitor processes and equipment to maximize quality and efficiency.
