Job summary

LandPro Equipment is seeking a dedicated Small Engine Road Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain small agricultural and turf equipment at customer sites across New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. You will operate independently in the field with support from a team and travel to customer locations to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has hands-on problem solving skills, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers about repairs,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience performing equipment service repairs.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in varying environments.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record and own tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain small agricultural and turf equipment at customer locations.
• Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs.
• Respond to service calls quickly to minimize downtime.
• Communicate repairs, recommendations, and timelines clearly to customers.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, parts inventory, and gear in good condition.
• Complete work orders and documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in training to develop technical skills.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
