Job summary

1st St. NW Inc. is seeking a Field Site Supervisor for a direct-hire role with comprehensive benefits in the United States. The position involves 90% travel, per diem, a company vehicle or mileage reimbursement, and a robust travel support package.

You will lead multi-site field operations, plan staffing and budgets, supervise fabrication/assembly, and collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Millwright or Iron Worker experience preferred.
• Experience with large-scale, multi-site operations required.
• Welding inspections knowledge a plus.
• Ability to travel 90% of the time within the U.S.

Job description

We have partnered with an established firm that has an opening for a Field Site Supervisor. This is a direct hire position with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life/disability insurance, 401(k) plan with an excellent match, generous PTO and paid company holidays. Since this position requires 90% travel, per diem, credit card allowance, company vehicle and/or mileage reimbursement are available.

Duties:

• Lead multi-site field operations including working with general contractors, inspectors, and local unions
• Plan/manage on-site staffing, schedules, budgets and resources as needed
• Oversee fabrication and assembly processes
• Work with engineers, subcontractors and vendors as needed
• Manage job site deliveries such as crane and erection equipment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Millwright, Iron Worker or installing crane equipment desired
• Experience with large scale, multi-site operations (specialized structures)
• Structural, mechanical and/or industrial background
• Understands tolerances, weld inspections, plumb bob, etc.
• Ability to travel 90% of the time in the U.S.

Salary: $100-150K
