Job summary

KHS is seeking a Site Manager to oversee on-site installation, commissioning, and startup of packaging machines and complete production lines at customer sites. You will lead field service technicians and contractors, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach, capable of coordinating multiple teams and maintaining project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year service experience in packaging/processing industry or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting ability.
• Knowledge of safety standards for on-site industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installation of machines and complete production lines at customer facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors and field service technicians on-site.
• Manage installation and commissioning schedules until acceptance.
• Represent KHS professionally and maintain customer relationships on site.
• Complete installation and safety documentation and cost tracking.
• Interface with Engineering, Production, and Project Management to solve issues.
