Qualifications

• Associate degree with 9+ years' relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years' relevant experience in Construction Management/Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee subcontractors and construction to ensure safety, quality, and drawings' intent.
• Ensure work adheres to the project schedule and report delays.
• Write Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review with project leadership.
• Take progress photographs and maintain record documentation.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design revision.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with Project Manager.
• Maintain clear communications with project management and clients.
• Maintain on-site records per document control requirements.
