Job summary

Hirepros.pro is seeking an Assistant Field Representative to join our construction team, working on active job sites with architects, engineers, and CAD interfaces. You will report to the project manager, write daily field reports, and ensure clear communication with client representatives.

The role requires reading drawings, understanding specifications, strict adherence to safety procedures, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Be able to read drawings and understand specifications.
• DOB SST Card (Knowledge of Safety, OSHA, and SSA regulations) as plus
• Reliable transportation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solver under the direction of the project manager

Responsibilities

• Write accurate daily field reports including pre-shift meeting reports
• Follow direction from Project Manager
• Communicate clearly and professionally with client representatives on a daily basis under the direction of the project manager
• Follow established protocols, compliance standards, and safety procedures
• Work location is an active job site, daily from 6 am to 2:30 pm
• Work with an Union labor force
