Job summary

Pilot Water Solutions is seeking a Field Services Technician for maintenance and construction of SWD facilities in South Texas. This role involves general labor, repair work, and preventative maintenance under the Field Services Supervisor.

Key duties include installing pipes, maintaining pumps, and ensuring cleanliness and safety on sites. Prior oil and gas experience preferred; valid driver license required for company vehicle use.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Oil and gas experience preferred.
• Able to work safely, follow instructions, and complete duties unsupervised.
• Able to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Must speak, read, and write English.
• Valid driver license and insurability for company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Constructs SWDs and offload lines; maintain pumps and valves.
• Loads/unloads tools, pumps, pipes, and materials.
• Repairs pipelines and unload lines; performs routine maintenance.
• Cleans vehicles, tools, and equipment; conducts site housekeeping.
• Performs preventative maintenance on downhole pumps as needed.
• Submit timesheets timely and adhere to scheduled needs.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
