We are adding to our Field Services Technician team and looking for motivated, customer-focused, coachable individuals who have a knack for technology and sales.

Our technician team comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. We invest in our employees through comprehensive training and support. Whether you’re an experienced technician, a sales professional seeking a change, or a motivated, coachable individual, we want to hear from you!

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Sales experience – car sales, retail, insurance, B2C, call centers
• Field technician experience – cable, internet, pest control, lawn maintenance, construction, solar
• Clean driving record and valid license
• Ability to thrive in both team and independent environments

Physical demands of the job:

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet
• Work in attics and confined spaces
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods

We maintain a strong safety culture. Technicians will conduct safety analyses of each home to ensure a safe workplace for themselves and customers.
