We are adding to our Field Services Technician team and are looking for motivated, customer-focused, and coachable individuals with a knack for technology and sales.

As a member of our Field Services Technician team, you’ll provide expert installation and service of cutting-edge technology. You will have opportunities to maximize your earnings by leveraging service and installation appointments into leads and additional revenue. Customers will rely on your honesty and integrity to provide peace of mind.

Our technician team comes from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. We invest in our employees through comprehensive training and support. Whether you’re an experienced technician, a sales professional seeking a change, or a motivated, coachable individual, we want to hear from you!

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Sales experience (e.g., car, retail, insurance, B2C, call center)
• Field technician experience (e.g., cable, internet, pest control, lawn, construction, solar)
• Clean driving record and valid license
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Physical demands of the job:

• Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
• Climb ladders up to 14 feet
• Work in attics and confined spaces
• Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for extended periods
