ALS Limited is seeking a receptionist to support a busy office in Newtown, CT. The role centers on answering calls, routing messages, greeting visitors, and handling mail and reports. You will scan and file documents, process mail, and assist the project management department as needed.
Qualified candidates have strong English communication, at least two years in an office setting, and proficiency with Excel and Word. High school diploma or equivalent required.

The primary purpose of this position is to answer incoming calls, take messages, receive and deliver mail, mail out reports, return coolers, review chain of custodies for accuracy, scan data/documents and assist the project management department.
