Job summary

ALS Limited is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness across facilities in Houston, TX. The role involves cleaning restrooms, break rooms, and common areas, restocking supplies, and following safety procedures to ensure a healthy environment for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms daily, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
• Refill restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly.
• Wipe down surfaces, including countertops, tables, windowsills, and ledges.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in hallways, restrooms, labs and public areas.
• Clean breakroom and ensure supplies are stocked daily.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when reordering is needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
