Torus is headquartered in Utah and is expanding its energy infrastructure initiatives from the Salt Lake City headquarters, GigaOne. The Field Services Superintendent will own training, craft standards, and a third-party installer certification program to ensure high-quality field execution and scalable deployment.

You will build and lead a team to sustain training, certification, and documentation while collaborating with engineering and product teams to align on product revisions.

Competenze

• Journeyman Electrician license (Utah or reciprocal state).
• Minimum 8 years of field electrical experience; 3+ years in lead role.
• Experience with energy storage systems and utility-scale projects.
• Ability to develop clear technical documentation for field use.
• Experience training or mentoring apprentices or journeymen.

Mansioni

• Develop and own internal training program for Torus field personnel and onboarding for apprentices.
• Document craft standards, procedures, and safety protocols for sites in Utah.
• Conduct field audits and provide remediation for gaps in performance.
• Lead third-party installer certification program and maintain records.
• Create manuals, quick-reference guides, and field-ready procedures.
