Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Services Specialist for commissioning activities on customer sites. You will manage testing, validation, calibration, and field maintenance, traveling as required to install, service and refurbish equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma with 4+ years of field maintenance experience, LV troubleshooting, networking exposure and proficiency with MS Office. Travel 65–80%; a Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred and safety/compliance mindset is

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 4+ years field maintenance experience.
Experience in Low Voltage electrical troubleshooting.
Exposure to general networking practices/architectures.
Ability to travel 65-80% of the time.

Responsibilities

Handle testing and validation of equipment, facility or plant per design objectives.
Communicate findings and recommendations via reports and verbal updates.
Maintain calibration of specialized tools.
Follow standardized project processes and guidelines for actions.
Relate and implement processes that are updated by other functions.
Work within predefined contracts and frameworks.
