Fueling Your Passion

The Field Operations Specialist provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used. Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators. Coordinates the cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.

As a Field Services Operations Specialist - you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and overseeing work at the field site, providing quality service to the customer.

• Managing chemical inventory in yard and field tanks.

• Managing the client accounts, coordinating odd jobs and deliveries.

• Developing an operational year plan for the department activities.

• Suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.

• Taking and preparing samples.

• Monitoring billing accuracy to meet financial reports.

• Specifying needs, communicating about project approach and presenting outcomes of research done.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent minimum.
• Have 2-3 years relevant experience in the oilfield Industry.
• Have strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in the Chemicals Industry.
• Have the ability to influence without direct authority.

Work Environment

• This role requires regular onsite presence at the office or client facilities as needed.
