Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Service Technician for onshore oilfield operations in Midland. You will lead and support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment at customer sites, ensuring safety and compliance.

You will work with crews to rig and rig down gear, monitor well control, and help deliver projects on time. The role requires a high school diploma, about 5 years in oilfield or related industries, and at least 2 years in pipeline fitting or related construction.

• 5 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• 2 years of pipeline fitting or oilfield construction experience preferred.

• Assisting the team in delivering Onshore Service projects to external and internal customers.
• Absorbing operational guidance, training & mentorship from crews where needed.
• Performing a number of tasks associated with the operation, rig-up / down of equipment and tools and related equipment in the field.
• Monitoring well control conditions & assisting in onshore operations in line with the client program.
• Commissioning, running, maintaining, and repairing equipment.

As a Field Service Technician, you'll play a vital role with our customers. Leading installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations. You'll be the onsite expert, continually developing your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for customers.

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the team in delivering Onshore Service projects to external and internal customers.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a high school diploma / GED.
• Have 5 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Have 2 years of experience in pipeline fitting or oilfield construction preferred.
