Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC in New Florence, MO is seeking a Field Services Specialist to provide day-to-day administrative support to labor managers and field leadership. You will coordinate field services activities, manage data accuracy, and assist with training resources and technology requests.

The role emphasizes organization, coordination, and collaboration with HR, payroll, and union representatives to ensure compliant, efficient field operations.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience in construction management, IT support, administration, business or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction field dispatching.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with union collective bargaining agreements and building construction is a plus.
  • Strong process orientation.
  • Strong organizational, project management, training, and customer service skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, initiative and prioritization skills; experience with direct customer contact.

About thePosition

Responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to labor managers and field leadership teams. This position ensures all field services department work activities are coordinated and organized, in alignment with all Company policies, procedures, key objectives and regulations.

Day intheLife
  • Processes the necessary paperwork and documentation for field labor hiring and layoffs, ensuring all required information is provided to HR, payroll and union representatives. Partners with HR and Payroll to accurately maintain active employee data
  • Provides daily high-quality administrative support to labor managers, field leadership, and field employees. Coordinates various projects and maintains accurate systems data including, but not limited to, timekeeping, logs, training, certifications, and safety
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings and training activities for field personnel, partnering with necessary departments to process technology requests and provides necessary training on tools such as iPads, laptops, and company software
  • Assists with management of portability for field employees working in other local jurisdictions.
  • Creates and maintains positive communications and relationships with customers, vendors and field staff that reflect and support the Company’s core values.
  • Consistently makes decisions in an attentive and safe manner to ensure the safety and health of self and others.
  • Utilizes LEAN concepts or other continuous improvement methodologies to ensure the most efficient operations, processes, and activities.

Minimum Qualifications
