Currently has an open position on ourRouting/Scheduling Team in Field Services.The primary role of this position involves coordinating computerequipment installs and break/fix appointments for our Field Servicetechnicians. Much of the employee’s daywill be spent working within our IT Service Management System, ServiceNow,creating tickets and will involve contacting customers via email/Teams/phonecalls to coordinate appointments.

Candidates must possess great customer service skills and be ableto work independently. Candidates shouldbe proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Excel. The ideal candidate will have an extrovertedpersonality type and excellent organizational and communication skills.

The office for this position is located in Frankfort.
