Job summary
AAF International in Louisville, KY is seeking a Field Services and Quality Engineer - P&I to oversee site installation activities, ensure safety and environmental compliance, and coordinate with the US Energy Aftermarket team. The role requires hands-on site leadership and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You will manage subcontractors, develop quality programs, review bids, and document risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
- 7-10 years' site construction/installation experience.
- Experience with safety and environmental practices (OSHA compliance).
Responsibilities
- Lead site installation activities across multiple projects.
- Ensure EH&S compliance on all worksites.
- Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to meet timelines.
- Develop and maintain project quality programs.
- Prepare and review technical documents and risk assessments.
