The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in field services (or 9+ years if no degree). You will lead safety initiatives, budgeting, client satisfaction, and team development in a dynamic environmental services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field services operations (required).
• In lieu of degree, 9+ years of experience in field services operations (required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily field services operations and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
• Monitor costs and profitability of field services operations; support budgeting and project billing.
• Review and approve field services expenditures related to projects, equipment and supplies.
• Prepare and audit mandatory reports for field services operations.
• Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment and vehicles for the field services location.
• Assist in cost estimates and project planning; participate in pre-bid meetings and proposals.
• Ensure satisfaction of prospective and existing field services clients.
• Schedule field services projects and ensure timely project billing.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discipline employees within the field services function as needed.
