Job summary

Ovation Healthcare is seeking a Field Services Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Field Services team, ensuring efficient technical support for hospital employees and facilities across hardware, software, endpoints, and infrastructure.

You will supervise Field Services Specialists, provide leadership, training, and performance feedback, and ensure timely onsite and remote support with a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Supervise Field Services team and ensure SLAs are met.
• Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Applications, Security, and other stakeholders.
• Provide guidance, training and performance feedback to staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Field Services operations for hospital facilities and endpoints.
• Lead troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Schedule workloads, geographic coverage and resource allocation.
• Maintain accurate Field Services documentation in ServiceNow.
• Monitor performance metrics and customer service quality.
• Escalate complex issues and drive timely resolutions.
