Great Southwestern Construction, Inc., a MYR Group, Inc. company, seeks a Field Services Coordinator III to support the Project Manager and Superintendent with field operations across multiple projects.

This role is in the field and requires travel and relocation to project sites. You will coordinate schedules, ensure safety and quality, manage communications with clients and subcontractors, and help prepare reports and look-ahead documents.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of related experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or other related discipline; combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day operations
• Travel to project sites; relocations may be required
• Develop and maintain project schedules; monitor progress and adjust as needed
• Coordinate on-site meetings and communicate with clients and subcontractors
• Prepare and submit look-ahead documents, progress reports, and billing information
• Review and control project costs; process purchase orders and subcontracts
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulations
• Maintain project database and documentation
