Job summary

PrideNow is seeking a hands-on field service professional in the Buffalo area to maintain and service advanced pharmaceutical equipment, including aseptic processing systems. This role suits a technical professional who enjoys problem solving and international travel.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support installation, commissioning, and testing at customer sites, while maintaining thorough documentation and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Technical certificate or associate degree with 3–5 years of industrial equipment experience.
  • Hands-on install, commissioning, and maintenance of complex machinery.
  • Understanding of PLC and PC-based control systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%).

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on freeze-drying equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation.
  • Troubleshoot system errors, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support installation, commissioning, and testing of equipment at customer sites.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for service execution and quality tracking.
  • Provide on-call support as required by service agreements.
  • Represent the company professionally and build strong customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For
